Inside a Health & Wellness Class
Every Health & Wellness class begins with a 5-10 minute meditation or mindfulness exercise for students to carry into their everyday lives.
Classes are designed to be practical and hands-on.
The curriculum is flexible and adjusts to the specific needs of Trevor students. Throughout the school year we adjust the order of lessons based on the specific needs that emerge.
The classroom is a safe space where students can recalibrate and express themselves emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Discussions and asking questions in an open forum format are instrumental to the process of learning dimensions of Health & Wellness.
